about
You will tell me your story. let me tell you mine.
Small towns, an army of sisters and Midwest roots provided fertile ground for experimentation. Indoctrinated by 90s tv & Disney, I filled my days writing terrible remakes, documented whoever triggered me and staged whatever I wished for.
Unstoppable enthusiasm combined with raging creative force, pushed me to migrate; plunging myself into a new tribe of likeminded Filmstudents at the University of amsterdam.
as I turned ideology into practice, I grew up to be a camerajournalist. while cracking the dawn of online video, I roamed the streets, the carpets and the catwalks reporting on the latest news, fashion and films.
After icing that cake with a field trip to rural Uganda, stalking karl lagerfeld and flourishing as a commercial director, working for amazing global brands, I decided to follow my heart and started a freelance life. influenced by occasionally visiting the Orient, practicing a whole bunch of yoga and retreating into nature, I became a yoga teacher.
Also the creative force shifted as the urge to investigate and tell more authentic stories grew. I returned to where I started; researching, directing and developing exciting subjects and true stories. even though documentary holds my passion, I still enjoy the creative commercial industry and love to lend my knowledge, experience and brain as a creative consultant.
Inspiring, challenging and supportive people and places, have created the person that I am today. I still strive to learn each day, to become every day; I now continue my path as a creative and teacher of yoga, in Ireland.
